What It Means To Be a Super Lawyer®

Congratulations To Kaleigh Ryder; Our Very Own Rising Star®

Congratulations to Kaleigh M. Ryder on her recognition as a 2025 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star. This achievement showcases Kaleigh’s exceptional dedication and skill in workers’ compensation law, particularly impressive given her relatively recent entry into the field in 2021. Her unique background as both a former defense attorney and current advocate for injured workers, combined with her leadership role as President of the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, clearly sets her apart as a rising force in Pennsylvania’s legal landscape.

What It Means To Be a Rising Star®

The Super Lawyers® Rising Stars selection represents an even more exclusive recognition than the standard Super Lawyers® list, identifying only the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. Using the same rigorous, patented selection process founded in 1991, Rising Stars candidates undergo evaluation through peer nominations and independent research across 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. To be eligible, attorneys must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less, making this honor particularly meaningful as it recognizes the promising emerging legal talent who have already distinguished themselves among their peers despite their shorter time in practice.

Kaleigh M. Ryder is a Harrisburg native and Central Dauphin High School graduate who practices workers’ compensation law. She earned her Psychology degree from Lebanon Valley College (2017) and J.D. from Widener Commonwealth Law School (2020). Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 2020, she enjoys volunteering with children’s activities, which shows her dedication to the community in and out of work.
