  • Pennsylvania Association for Justice Attorney Scott Cooper spoke on “Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage and Bad Faith” at the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s 33rd annual Auto Law Seminar in Pittsburgh (April 23, 2015) and in Harrisburg (May 5, 2015).

  • Pennsylvania State House Insurance Committee On Monday June 23, 2014, Schmidt Kramer injury lawyer Scott Cooper represented the Pennsylvania Association for Justice at a Pennsylvania State House Insurance Committee public hearing on Examining Insurance Coverage for Consumers When Utilizing Experimental Service for Transportation.   • How to Hold Big Business Accountable For Its Actions – Stop Allowing Its Astroturf Movement On March 2, 2013 Scott Cooper of Schmidt Kramer participated and presented a workshop at the Keystone Progress Progressive Summit at the Harrisburg Hilton titled “Holding Big Business Accountable: The Truth About Tort Reform.” The workshop focused on The Chamber of Commerce and the far right trying to pass laws that cap damages and immunize corporations from being held accountable for their conduct.
