About Joseph O’Donnell
Practice Area: Workers’ Compensation
Joe is a native of Central Pennsylvania, where he attended Messiah College before serving in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Ground Supply Officer. Following his military service, Joe returned to Central Pennsylvania and attended Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, where he served as Managing Editor of The Dickinson Law Review. Joe began his legal career working for the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. While working there, Joe was a strong advocate for crime victims and passionate about making Cumberland County a safer place.
Joe’s current practice is dedicated to advocating for injured workers.
Outside of his legal practice, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, deer hunting, and cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies.
