We are excited to announce Schmidt Kramer attorney Jessica Mitchell will be presenting a webinar tomorrow afternoon for the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
The webinar is titled “Applications & Appeals: From the Initial Application Through Federal Court,” and will start at 2 p.m. eastern time. This is the latest webinar in the NOSSCR beginner series, the previous two were titled “SSDI & SSI: Similarities and Differences” and “Sequential Evaluation Process (for Adults and Children)”.
The webinars are all live and each one is recorded. However, NOSSCR is not applying for continuing legal education (CLE).
These are the four remaining webinars in the series – they will all take place at 2 p.m. eastern time on the dates listed:

- August 4 – “After the Award: Effectuation Of Benefits, Medicare and Medicaid, CDRs, Work Incentives & Overpayments”
- August 11 – “Introduction to Representative Fees”
- August 17 – “SSA Rules and Where to Find Them: Laws, Regulations, POMS, HALLEX & SSRs”
