What Is the PBI’s Personal Injury Primer and How Do Attorneys Benefit?

Personal Injury Primer Plus 2025
At the July 29 Personal Injury Primer Plus, Scott presented “Ethics for PI Lawyers” to about 150 live attendees and several hundred online participants as well. Scott’s presentation discussed several key elements critical to successful personal injury cases:

- Maintaining professionalism
- Dealing with common and unexpected trial procedure issues
- Pleadings, motions and arbitrations
