Schmidt Kramer once again hosted our annual food bank drive from April 23 – May 11. The law firm served as a collection center over the past several weeks to benefit the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, helping to fight hunger within the local community.
We are proud to announce that we collected 138 pounds of food. Everyone was welcomed to come to our Harrisburg office to help donate non-perishable food items.
These included canned food, dried food, peanut butter, rice, pasta, baby food and more. With every donation, a Schmidt Kramer mug filled with chocolates was also gifted for lending a helping hand.
For more than 35 years, the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank has helped serve 27 counties across the state of Pennsylvania. The organization works with about 1,000 local agencies and programs to feed more than 140,000 people in need every month.
