Charles Schmidt, Gerry Kramer, Scott Cooper and Michael Kosik were selected for the 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list for personal injury. Daryl Christopher was also selected to the list for medical malpractice.
Attorneys Charles Schmidt and Scott Cooper were included in Super Lawyers Top 100 in Pennsylvania. Scott Cooper was also included in the list of Top 100 Super Lawyers in Philadelphia.
Our firm is also excited to announce that Abbie Trone was named to the 2019 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list in for personal injury. This is the first year that Trone has been included in this list.
For Charles Schmidt, Gerry Kramer, Scott Cooper and Michael Kosik, this marks the 10th year they have been included in the Super Lawyers list. Daryl Christopher has been selected for inclusion five years in a row.
Super Lawyers Selection Process
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from each state. The annual selection process includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
Each candidate is evaluated based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. These indicators include verdicts and settlements, legal experience, honors and awards, community service, special licenses and certifications, and other outstanding achievements.
In the final selection, just five percent of all nominated attorneys are selected to the Super Lawyers list while only two and a half percent of nominees are selected for the Rising Stars list.
