Route 30 Pennsylvania Car Accident In Franklin County Injures 5, Including Child

The Chambersburg Public Opinion is reporting that five people were taken to Chambersburg Hospital following a two-vehicle crash at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013 on Lincoln Way West (U.S. 30) at Mercersburg Road (Pa. 416.)

Reports are that Russell Ryan of Fairfield was treated and released at Chambersburg Hospital, according to a hospital spokeswoman. He was riding in a vehicle driven by Larry Eisenberger of Hanover.  The conditions of the three occupants in the other vehicle — Kayla D. Wright and Hailey D. Wright, both from Chambersburg, and Michelle L. Flasher of Robertsdale are not known at present

it appears that Kayla Wright was going west and attempted to turn left into E.C. Barnes gas station, according to police. She turned into Eisenberger’s path. Eisenberger’s 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt hit the passenger side of Wright’s 2000 Dodge Caravan. The van struck a utility pole.
