A 70-year-old Millersburg woman died after her SUV collided with a pickup truck Tuesday morning along Route 147 in Dauphin County. Lorena Lemons died at the Harrisburg Hospital following the crash at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday on Route 147, just north of Elmer Avenue in Upper Paxton Township. State police at Lykens said Lemons’ 2006 Ford Escape collided head-on with a 2004 Nissan Titan pickup truck, operated by Justin Wallace, 30, of Millersburg. Investigators did not say what triggered the crash. Wallace was injured and taken to the Hershey Medical Center for treatment, police said. The investigation continues.
