A multiple vehicle accident on I-81, late yesterday, northbound restricted lanes at Exit 57 in Silver Spring Township, according to PennDOT and emergency dispatchers. No further information was immediately available.
This was the second serious accident on I-81 in Cumberland County yesterday after the driver of a pickup truck died when the truck crossed the median and struck a tractor-trailer traveling south in Western Cumberland County, state police said.
