We are pleased to announce seven of our attorneys have been selected for Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for the second year in a row. Partner Scott Cooper was selected for the Top 100 and Daryl Christopher was selected for the 10th consecutive year.
Partners Charles Schmidt and Gerard Kramer were also selected once again, along with Jessica Mitchell and Abbie Trone, who were selected as 2022 Pennsylvania Rising Stars.
2022 Super Lawyers Selections
The following Schmidt Kramer attorneys were chosen for Super Lawyers:
- Charles Schmidt was chosen for Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff and has been selected for Super Lawyers each year since 2010.
- Gerard Kramer was also chosen for Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff and has also been chosen for Super Lawyers each year since 2010.
- Scott Cooper was chosen for Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff and has been included in Super Lawyers each year since 2006.
- Michael Kosik was selected for Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff and has been selected to Super Lawyers each year since 2010.
- Daryl Christopher has been selected to Super Lawyers each year since 2013. In 2022 he was chosen for Personal Injury – Medical Malpractice: Plaintiff.
- Jessica Mitchell was selected to the Rising Stars list for Social Security Disability, which she was also selected for last year. This is the second year in a row Mitchell has been selected for this list.
- Abbie Trone was selected to the Rising Stars list for Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff, which she was also selected for last year. This is the fourth year Trone has been chosen for this list.
What are the Criteria for Being Selected to Super Lawyers?
This list is created through peer reviews, independent evaluations and statewide surveys. There are 12 indicators that are considered, such as experience, awards, community service and other indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition.
