Our firm is excited to announce six of our attorneys have been chosen for the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in America©.
This prestigious list of attorneys has been published for more than three decades. Lawyers are chosen after a detailed review of peer feedback from the leading attorneys in each practice area. All attorneys chosen must be in good standing with their local bar associations.
The Schmidt Kramer attorneys who were chosen are part of Pennsylvania’s Best Lawyers, which includes 2,900 lawyers who have been recognized for their work.
Attorneys Selected for 2021
The following lawyers from our firm were included in the 2021 list:
- Scott Cooper – He has been selected for Best Lawyers each year since 2013. This year he was selected for the following practice areas: Appellate Practice, Insurance Law, Litigation – Insurance, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.
- Daryl Christopher – He has also been selected for Best Lawyers each year since 2013. For 2021, Christopher was chosen for: Insurance Law, Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs.
- Charles Schmidt – Schmidt has been selected for Best Lawyers each year since 2010. This year he was chosen for Medical Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.
- Michael Kosik – He was chosen for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. He has been selected each year since 2011.
- Gerard Kramer – Kramer has also been selected for Best Lawyers each year since 2011, and he was selected this year for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.
- Jessica Mitchell – This is the second year in a row Mitchell has been chosen for Best Lawyers. This year she was chosen for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.
