Charles E Schmidt, Jr. was the program moderator for the Pa Bar Institute Seminar, ” Lights, Camera, Evidence ” held in Mechanicsburg, Pa. on Feb. 22.
The program was presented by six experienced trial attorneys who discussed issues in trial evidence. The program was offered as continuing legal education for Pennsylvania attorneys. The program was simulcast to a number of other locations.
During the presentation, a vignette was shown on video depicting a courtroom with attorneys representing the victim and the defendant. After each video was shown, one of the attorneys on the panel would give a short presentation on the law followed by comment form the panel and questions form the attendees. Response to the program was excellent.
