Schmidt Kramer is proud to announce that the team has been honored with the Commander’s Award from the United States Marine Corps Reserve for the firm’s support of the Toys for Tots program.
In December 2015, Schmidt Kramer attorneys and staff members donated and collected toys for children. Schmidt Kramer participated in the Toys for Tots program in 2014 as well. The mission of the Toys for Tots program by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve is to collect and distribute toys as gifts to children in the community during the holidays.
About 100,000 toys are collected and distributed each year. Toys for Tots estimates that the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program has gifted more than 470 million toys to over 200 million children.
The Commander’s Award is given to those who are considered the most generous.
Schmidt Kramer is extremely proud of this award and will continue to work on serving the community and helping those in need in 2016.
