Abbie Trone was recently selected to be YLD (Young Lawyer Division) Liaison for the Appellate Advocacy Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
The Appellate Advocacy Committee communicates between the bar and the state and federal bench on matters concerning the practice of appeals. The goal of the Committee is to promote cooperation between the judiciary and lawyers who practice before them in the appellate process.
As liaison, Ms. Trone will attend Committee meetings and events, and will share the knowledge gained at those meetings with the YLD. Ms. Trone has argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and looks forward to expanding her appellate practice knowledge while also becoming more involved in the YLD.
