Schmidt Kramer is pleased to announce that partner Scott Cooper has been selected for inclusion in the inaugural Central Penn Business Journal Personal Injury (CPBJ) Power List of 2024.
CPBJ selects personal injury attorneys to this list to recognize their efforts to shape and improve the quality of their communities using legal foundations.
Scott handles personal injury cases for Schmidt Kramer Law Firm. Most of his cases are for motor vehicle collisions, such as those trucks, cars and motorcycles. He also handles complex insurance coverage cases.
In addition to his dedication to his role as a personal injury attorney, Scott chairs the Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania and serves as vice-chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Civil Procedural Rules Committee.
Scott is currently active with the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also active with the Dauphin County Bar Association and is the immediate past president.
