Posted Scott B. Cooper on Apr 08, 2014 in Car Accidents
Yesterday, April 8, 2014, Schmidt Kramer Partner Scott Cooper gave a presentation to some members of the Pennsylvania State House Philadelphia delegation on why Pa. needs to increase the minimum levels of property damage and liability coverage. These limits has been in effect and the same since 1974 and have not changed at all.
Does anyone really believe that $5,000 of mandatory property damage coverage is sufficient fix your car if another person wrecks it?
