12-year old faces charges following Harrisburg car accident

The girl stole a car and led police on a high-speed chase through Harrisburg. Police followed her for 29 blocks, at times the speed of the vehicle reached 80 miles per hour. The chase ended when the young girl caused the Harrisburg car accident by crashing into several light poles.
