Police are investigating the accidental death of a woman in Adams County. The incident occurred while the woman was working. According to state police in Gettysburg, the incident occurred at the Keystone Diner on April 16, 2013.
Sophia Paterakis, 56, of New Oxford was killed during an accident while she was working in a storage area, police said. A large grill not in use that was leaning against the wall fell on her, resulting in her death, police said.
