Posted On Behalf of Schmidt Kramer Injury Lawyers on May 15, 2012 in Car Accidents

The Sunbury  Daily Item is reporting that a 21-year-old Union County mother was killed early January 7, 2011 when she was ejected from a speeding car that had struck trees along a mountainous road.  Allison Renee Von Neida, 21, Hartleton, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 2:15 a.m. crash and her companions — driver Christopher Adam Wirth and passenger Dediree Elizabeth Cronin, both 21 and of Hartleton — were flown by medical helicopter to Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
According to state police at Milton, Wirth was traveling south on Route 235 in Hartley Township at a high rate of speed when he couldn’t negotiate a left-hand curve north of Palmen Road.  His 1999 Mercury Cougar crossed the northbound lane and struck trees. He and Von Neida were thrown from the vehicle. If you have more information on the accident please contact the Pennsylvania State Police. See the Sunbury  Daily Item for more on the tragic accident:
