A man who seriously injured a person operating a motorcylce in Central Pennsylvania was sentenced up to 10 years for causing the accident when he was driving under the influence of alcohol. Six months after his car struck and severely injured a motorcycle rider, Joshua Tomei was sentenced Wednesday to two to 10 years in state prison.
