PA Car Crash Lawyer Scott Cooper Speaks at Conference

Schmidt Kramer partner and Pennsylvania car crash lawyer Scott Cooper, presented his “Big Auto: Uninsured and Underinsured/Bad Faith” seminar for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s annual meeting in Philadelphia, on May 29, 2014 at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Cooper, founder of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, touched on a variety of subjects related to uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, including qualifications for the insured, statute of limitations, and written requests for lower limits.

Cooper also spoke about insurance bad faith, and referenced a few different and valuable cases—such as Allstate vs. Wolfe—which delved into the topic of assigning a bad faith claim against an insurer to a third party.

The Pennsylvania Association for Justice believes in getting justice for people who are too often denied their fair share by the insurance company.

If you were injured in a car accident, Schmidt Kramer wants to help you get the compensation you are entitled to.
