Hamilton Township Car Accident In Adams County Seriously Injures Two

Two people suffered what Pennsylvania State Police called major injuries in an accident at 8:15 p.m. Friday on Short Cut Road in Hamilton Township.
According to police, Zachary R. Heck, 21, of Chambersburg was driving his 2002 Chevrolet Silverado south on Short Cut Road when he lost control and hit a tree at 8:15 p.m.
Heck's passenger, a 13-year-old Chambersburg boy, was flown to York Hospital. Heck suffered major injuries to his legs and face and taken to Chambersburg Hospital.
Heck and his passenger were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.
