The southbound lanes of Interstate 81 near Harrisburg are closed because of a fatal three-vehicle car accident just north of the city. The crash occurred at around 10 a.m. near the Route 22/322 Exit at mile marker 67 in Susquehanna Township. The crash involved a dump truck and two other vehicles. State police said at least one person was killed. The crash has caused the backup of southbound traffic past the 81/83 split.
