Car Crash North Of Harrisburg Causes Two Deaths After Accident This Morning

Pennsylvania State Police said in a news release this morning they are currently on the scene of a fatal crash on Route 11/15 (Susquehanna Trail) in Watts Twp., Perry County involving two fatalities.
A pickup truck with two occupants was traveling south on 11/15 when it collided with a tractor-trailer traveling north, the news release says. For unknown reasons, the pickup crossed from its lane of travel into the northbound lanes.
Both occupants of the pickup truck are deceased and the operator of the tractor-trailer is not injured, police said.
The Perry County coroner is on scene. The victims have not yet been identified. The right lane of 11/15 is closed.

Two people are dead after an early-morning crash in Perry County.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. on Rt. 11/15 in Watts Township near the New Buffalo Restaurant, ABC27 reports.
One northbound lane is closed as police investigate the crash.
Dispatchers said a hazardous materials team has been sent to the scene because approximately 30 gallons of an unknown substance have leaked onto the roadway, ABC27 reported.
